About AreaHub: AreaHub is a climate and environmental tech platform offering extensive local environmental risk information for businesses and consumers in the U.S. As Fast Company stated, AreaHub is a tool to prepare “for what nature might throw at you.” We are seeking a professional and experienced sales candidate with a successful track record of closing deals with companies to increase AreaHub Enterprise’s visibility and business development.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue leads through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, and networking events, to generate business development opportunities and exceed revenue targets.
- Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date sales pipeline, tracking progress for each lead from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Understand the unique value proposition of our product and effectively articulate how it addresses the challenges and goals of prospective clients.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the specific needs and pain points of potential clients.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for product improvement and business growth.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, preferably in business, marketing, or other relevant majors.
- At least 5 years of prior successful sales experience, with a proven track record of successfully closing deals for companies and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills (both written and verbal), strong interpersonal skills, and a positive and energetic personality.
